Our Pricing Structure

Surveyor for the Building Owner – Per Award, £599* + VAT for the Building Owner alone (Excluding foundations and cellars)

This includes:

  • Fees to do a land registry search to verify the identity and address of a neighbour
  • Including a brief description of what you’re explaining
  • Form of Approval.
  • Making it easier for the recipient to respond by mailing the notification with a stamped envelope.
  • If the neighbour doesn’t react to the initial ‘Ten Day Notices,’ then providing more notices.
  • Writing and delivering the award for the Party Wall Agreement.
  • Adjoining owners’ property condition surveys are also included in the report.
